No Solicitation List

In accordance with Township Ordinance Number 18-18, a "No Solicitation List" was established for township residents.

If you do not wish to have solicitors or peddlers at your home, send us an email with your name and street address, and the subject line "No Solicitation List" or download our No Solicitation Form (PDF) and mail the completed form to:

This list will be given to licensed solicitors and peddlers with their permits. 

As per Township Ordinance, solicitors are required to have a valid permit issued by the township. Permits depict the name of the solicitor, the name of the organization they represent, a photograph of the solicitor, and the terms of the permit. 

If the solicitor is not displaying their permit, refuses to do so when asked, or if you are unsure if they are legitimately soliciting as an organization not required to have a permit, please do not provide the solicitor with any information and contact the Police Department non-emergency line at 973-989-7000.
